What type of events can be held in your space?
You can hold a talk, a panel discussion, a showroom, a book presentation. Any topic related to childhood and play will find the best space in Tarragona at Coaletes. And if you want to do something different and think it fits the type of space, go for it!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend giving notice with a margin of 3 to 4 weeks to ensure availability. If it is later, let us know as soon as possible to see which days are still available.
Can I decorate the room?
Yes, the room has hooks specifically for hanging all the decorations you want comfortably without damaging the walls. You will need to take all the decorations with you when leaving. If you hire our decoration service, we will offer you different options and customizations and take care of everything.
Do you have catering service?
We offer a customized catering service through a collaboration. Check the catalogue and contact us for more information.
Can I bring food from outside?
Yes, and you have a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker, cupboards, microwave and dishwasher available for you.
Can I play videos for presentations or music?
Yes, you have wifi in the room with a projector and sound system. You can bring a USB drive, a laptop with HDMI, connect your phone via Chromecast or Bluetooth to set the mood with music or play videos or presentations.
Can I bring animals?
Except in exceptional cases with prior authorization, bringing animals is not allowed.
How far in advance can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking.
